Hey all,

This is my third request. Sorry if i'm thick, but I can't help it! :P

I was wondering if anyone knew how to do this:

A hack that forces people to post ten times a week in other forums before they are allowed to access the forum in question.

This is basically to stop leechers who run in, grab what they want, and leave. Yeuch.

If anyone has the slightest idea and has a little time to spare, I would appreciate it if they would help me out.
