I have a prediction website here:

1) When someone posts a new thread they have the option somewhere on the page (preferably a good spot? ) includes a checkbox. This checkbox will be for the purpose to copy their first post (not the whole thread) to a "prediction" table in SQL. I want people to have the option to make their thread an accountable prediction.

2) Then there could be a prediction list page pulling the data of the people with predictiona and have it sorted based on multiple things (username, prediction count, and correct/incorrect calls, etc.).

3) On this prediction page there would be voting links (similar to karma hack?) where they vote correct/incorrect.

4) Then on that prediction page you also have a link back to the original thread for discussion.

I know this request is specific to my site, but some people may find other uses for it. I think this will bring more interactivity within someones forums.
