Is it possible to impose a time limit for the number of minutes a member can be logged into a vBulletin board?

For example, say I want to set up a bulletin board with a paid subscription service. Members can login as long as they have prepaid credits on file in a database. After, say, 30 minutes, they are prompted to either log out or authorize another block of credits to continue.

Is something like that possible within vBulletin? Is it built in? Is there a hack already available? Or would I have to hack it myself?
