EditPlus?
Although it's a trial editor, it's a good one at that.
You can select tags from lists, view the file's output by clicking a button, it supports colo(u)r coding (ex: <html>Welcome to this html page.<br><font size="-1">) and uses this with multiple programming languages (allowing you to add languages as you feel fit to).
It has a lot to offer, but it is only a trial, and then you have to pay for it.
In my opinion, this editor is the nicest.
What do you mean by What You See Is What You Get editor?
