It looks good but that style is a style wich you can find on alot of vbulletin forums because it's a free style wich can be downloaded.

You have alot of members but not alot of posts, you have an average of 3,8 posts per member. That's very low.

I have currently 2637 members and 210.316 posts, that's an average of 79,8 posts per member. See the difference?

You have alot of inactive users.
