got a user, i keep banning his ip but he still manages to sign back up, on the same ip address, and even before being validated managed to post in the shoutbox, is there anything i can do, i've contacted his isp but i'm waiting a reply, i always thought the ip ban was server side but i'm obviously mistaken and this is just really getting to me as i've worked hard on building up my boards and for ppl like him to be on there ruining it for everyone is just :grrr: so help me please
