You get better using Araxis as you upgrade with it again and again. When I first started, took me 2 hours. Then I had to reapply some hacks. Now, just under an hour.

Just remember to reapply templates for certain hacks like the Country Hack, the Away hack, (basically any hack that automatically installs templates into the default category, which gets overwritten if not modified).
