Hey, this may be a stupid questions and very easy to answer.. maybe its something i missed or what but in the registrating page.. at the bottom it shows:

Avatar:
You make pick an avatar that appears beneath your name on your posts.

it only allows you to choose the avatar that was uploaded by Admin.. what i want is to allow my members to upload their own avatar and have a maximum size upload... i have avatr enabled but for some reason i do not see it. Thanks guys.

and also .. i have photopost and would like to know how to add that link to members photo gallery under each username in a post. when you click on it.. it takes you to their members gallery.
