I am searching for someone to write a custom program for my site using the present database or a separate database that connects to the user fields that will act as a Hotel review section.
(integrated or standalone--ie. template based or standalone php)

I am looking for a system where either the owner or guest can post a hotel listing adding fields like

City:
Address:
Directions:
Email:
Fax:
Website:
phone number:
amenities:
Price-high season/low season
etc...etc...

*must also include a ratings and a comment area for the user to add comments and rate the hotel

*also needs to be searchable

*also have the option of the user being able to add an image (I use imagemagik on my server)

*main page of listings needs to be setup like a links system showing a list of citys

My present setup is Linux/PHP Version 4.2.3/running vbulletin 2.6 and vbportal pre beta.
