I am not really sure. Try reading http://www.faqts.com/knowledge_base/...l/aid/1/fid/40 and the comments below the definition/explanation located at http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.echo.php . Those pages seem to clarify the differences as well as advantages/disadvantages. By now, you probably know that I personally use echo instead of print.
