i am looking for something along these lines as well.. i have a vBportal front end, and would like to add user submitted downloads.. where the users actually have the ability to upload files.. and then a moderator/admin then goes and accepts or denies the submitted download..

i have also posted in the phpportals.com forums looking for this same thing, as well.. if anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated!!
