is there still support offered for this hack?

I asked a question many pages ago and it was never even addressed.

I understand that it is patience-trying to read the same questions asked over and over again about something that is covered in the install instructions but my question was about a possible bug and is not addressed anywhere by anyone.

If support is no longer offered....please change the listing to reflect that.

If it is still offered....please help me with my question. I never ask much...only when it is important and haven't been able to sort through the code myself and find the problem
