A few days ago I made a post asking you guys how to get rid of the most incredibly annoying users who refuse to be banned. So someone suggested reporting them to there ISP which lit a very very tiny little light bulb inside my head.

:classic: So my question is how do you go about reporting people. I mean do you just tell them what they've done or do you have to show proof which is pretty tough when you prune all there posts after you reban them. And then how do you find out there real ISP, I know the guy I want to ged rid of has always had this nlt or ntl I can't remember which extension it was. But it was something like that.
