Well, members can just use different styles, so the complete boardlanguage will be Arabic for those who use the arabic style.

But this has NO effect on the posted messages. When a user posts in English, also the users who have arabic style will see those english posts and the other way round.

You can create different usergroups and hack in what you want also, but it's not a standart
