vb.org Archive - View Single Post - How does vBulletin track users via sessions?

Specifically for 2.2.9. I want to use vBulletins' online tracking system to track users across my entire site (not just the forum), and haven't the faintest clue how session handling works aside from the fact that the information is stored in a database. I found no calls to any PHP session functions or anything of the like. If somebody can help me out with this, even if it's something as simple as "include {forum}/admin/sessions.php on each page", I'd really appreciate it.
