This is one of the most silliest things a webmaster can do - 50% of your users at least will be using resolutions lower than that so your site will be distorted for them..

Even so you should never EVER say that

It took me 2 and a half minutes to load on a 56k modem! - that pretty much rules out 28k users

Also try an avoid iframes - althought they can be useful and look nice in certain instances - early versions of IE do not work with iframes

Other than that you have a very nice internal design - the flash header is very impressive too.

One thing i don't like is on the entrance screen - i'd put "*This site should be viewed at 1024 x 768 resolution or higher" in the splash if you choose to keep it.
