Steve has renamed it

also there is an option in your Acp called:
"Time limit on editing of thread title"
that's where you can change the timespan to edit the threadtitle via the first post.

also directly querieing the DB is not needed, just go to edit-thread (in the open/close menu

)there you can edit the title
