I don't think this is a good idea.
I believe there would be no sense making a whole subforum just for one hack.
Maybe a subforum for each section of hacks? Like the hacks section.
It's split up in sections like 'Admin/Maintenance' and 'Forumhome enhancements'. Maybe you could do that with subforums for the hacker's threads rather than an entire sub-forum for one hack.
I believe it would just make vBulletin.org a bit slower.
