Which vb portal / index / home script do you recommend?

I do need integrated polls
I do want a 3 column layout with news/content in the middle
I do have a few custom "sections" that I will need to have on the sides (lets say 3 custom sections)
I do want the latest X threads on the front page
I do want a login system that is integrated with VBB so when a user is logged in it shows who's online, how many new posts, etc...
I don't want to pay a dime
I don't need weather
I don't need a mini calander
I need to get this installed and setup by Dec 30th!

If you can vote on which one you recommend, and then reply with a link to your homepage so I can see what you use in action that would be awesome! Thanks in advance for everyone's help
