hi would it be possible to have the thread rating so that you get some text under the image once the thread is rated. and could it be made that only the admin and moderators can rate the thread with it changing to the new rate when rated again as oposed to an agregate of all ratings.

so

1.. thread gets rated as superb (with picture)

2.. thread gets rerated as poor (with picky) and this rating becomes the shown rating not an average of the 2 rates
