sounds about the same as what happened to me... either you ran the install 2x, or you have a hack already installed that's conflicting with this one. If the first case (2x install) then I figured out that you (well I had to) have to access your mysql database (best to use something like phpmyadmin) and manually delete the tables the script made. The uninstaller did not work on the database (just removed the template changes). On mine I was able to delete most of it - though there's still a few things I can't find (some of the parts of the options panel are doubled). If someone knows how to fix that please tell me.
If the other case.... check one of the first few pages of this thread.... i dont recall exactly which other than it's near the beginning I believe, and someone had a problem with a conflicting hack and someone told them what to do.
