Sorry to say this but your request is very unreasonable.

Coding a voice chat script would require months and I'm sure it would cost hundreds of dollars to even buy a "ready" software package, let alone hire someone for custom coding of such a software..

This is not a vb hack request.. You should be looking for software in the internet and after you bought one, maybe you can ask help to hack it for vb integration. But since you are the probably only one using that package, it would be hard to find someone who would work on the integration. Free or paid.. My 2 cents..
