Aha, you need to follow at letter all install instructions. That's why you get blank pages, due to little missed steps.
Take your time to read every single line of the readmefirst.htm file and you will be ok, I'm positive on this.

The most common mistake I saw with people is that they mix BELOW ADD with REPLACE WITH.. or they skip reading some lines because they think, ahh is not important... and stuff like that.
