No, threaded mode has been requested very often, but they thought the majority likes it, this isn't right.
just a part likes it and has requested it. making it the normal behavour and annoy the users like us who don't like it, isn't a good behaviour i think, but perhaps it's just because i don't like it

If they just wanted to add more features there are enough hacks around here.
