I hope my request is an easy one, I would like a hack that allows the use of the referral feature to be shut off for individual members as an option in the edit user screen of the admin control panel . Let me try to explain why I would like to have so that maybe what I am asking for will make more sense, I would like to turn the referrals feature of our board on and have prizes for the members that bring in the most referrals, I know as soon as I do that that one (or more) of the members will go out & spam a newsgroup or signup fake user names through his/her referral link. So I would like to have the ability to turn off (or stop their referral count) the feature for the offender only so that the rest of the members can continue to gain incentives from the legit new members they refer while those that couldn’t play by the rules may still be members of the forum community but would not be able to participate in the referral incentive program . If I need to post any other information let me know..
