This is probably true...That's one of the reasons why I went ahead and hacked vB myself.

I have successfully integrated vBulletin into Post Nuke .... nearly 100% integration...WooT!

I even have it set up where users who are waiting on the confirmation email still can't post and things in PN untill they click the link in their confirmation email.

To top it off....It's all multi-sites as well
