That's a pretty useful hack, however ideally what I am looking for is the New Thread button to open up an HTML page in the same window, have a posting agreement on the page, and the link for "I Agree" would go to the page where you enter the title of the thread and first message.

So basically the HTML page would be "between" the New Thread button and the page where you type in your message. Ideally, it would be nice if Admins and moderators didn't have to see the HTML page and go straight to the posting page.

I'm not familiar with adding hacks or eyeing the code to see what's possible, so I'm not sure how your hack can apply in my situation. I'm sure I'm missing something so please let me know how I can use your hack!
