You are one of the very few people I know who praises Microsoft for more accomplishments then their faults.

Ofcourse I have to agree with you on some of them. As many people dislike Windows XP, I enjoy very much Windows XP Professional and think it's incredibly stable and more reliable then any previous versions (since I rarely crash these days).

....well, that's the only accomplishment I can think that I enjoy from Microsoft

I like hotmail personally, have been using the MSN-feature thing for years, although I don't use it as much anymore since I got my own domain with emails.
