Hi all

I have had more than 1 complaint about my forum being slow to load and post etc, it seems a lot of people are having this problem.

Early last week I installed the following hacks to my forum:

PM Blink when full

Choose destination after post

Email admin when someone is trying to login in admin cp

Moderator drop down boxes

Quick fire reply + smiles

Spider Friend

Thread Preview (when you move your mouse over the subject of the thread you get a small box open with the first part of the thread)

Welcome Panel

Mouse over changes colour on forums

Also 'New Thread' link on index.php

Would any of these really slow down my forum? Most of them where template mods etc so I can't really see the damage!

Anyone ever had these problems?
