Actually - there is nothing in the license agreement against a XXX site using the software. I think you are thinking of the reference to warez type sites...

How do you know it's a 'pirated' copy of your hack? I've installed several of your hacks, but at this point in time I have not made my site URL known here - and I know several other members here who run either private boards, have boards under construction, or just don't desire to share their board location for various reasons. Also, there are also many owners of licenses who don't have the skill set to install hacks themselves, and get third parties to do it for them, and in such a case even if the installer clicked install, the installers site URL may not reflect the URL of the site where the hack was installed.
Finally - if you think the board is an illegal copy, report it to Jelsoft, they swing a lot more weight in dealing with a pirated copy of their software, than you would in dealing with what you believe is an illegally obtained hack you authored.
BTW - looks like yer HackTracker works darn fine, eh!
