Don't think this exists... (seen similar hacks but not exactly what I want)

A sort of rating system each (new) user gets a rating starting with 0.. and then the following rules and options should be available, I know some hacks do some of these but not all combined..

Basic
- 2 points reply
- 5 points new thread

Other
- It must be possible to let some forums way heavier than others, for example I have a general spam section and a review section... If a user posts in a new thread in the spam forum it's 2 points, in the review forum for example 10 points.

If this is possible I would already be very happy though this would even be better :

- I can also specify that in a certain forum (in this case the review forum) the original user gets 2 points for each reply... but only for posts in the review forum, he shouldn't get points for replies to his threads in the spam forum.
