There is no real document out there, it's a very special fall...

you have to open your backupfile with a sort of texteditor

then do a search for the word 'postbit' (include the ')
you should find at least two lines (depends on the ammoun of templatesets you have) like that:
INSERT INTO template....
try to find the right one by checking the content of the template (setid should be 1)

copy the complete line and insert it into your sql-query box in phpmyadmin and run it.

normally that should do the trick.

be sure your have your postbit reverted, so it'll correctly import it to the default set
