Im sorry I didnt really give the full description. but here it is

Okay think of this proposed hack as members grading the forum staff, ( you know like kids get report cards in school ) Basically this will allow moderator's to see what area's they need improvement in, I hope you get the picture so far. If a moderator gets lets say 20 good ratings from the members then at the end of the month his ratings are totaled to an A+ on his moderator report card. If the moderator gets 20 bad ratings, then his end of the month ratings are totaled to a F on his moderator report card. Or even better yet, lets say the moderator gets like hmmmm, mabe 120 good ratings, then he could be placed on a field to become a poptential Super Moderator.

I hope you get the point of it so far. If not let me know, im whilling to answere all questions. I think this will be a good addition to a forum. not only to keep members active BUT to also let the staff know where they stand and what they individually need to do to improve
