From what I am reading this could be easy. Just turn on the bad language filter via your admin cp. If someone uses bad language it will **** it out or whatever you choice. Then get g-forces warning hack and warn the person. After a certain number of warnings they are automaticaly banned. Then you can unban them when you want. If you want them to beable to read posts just selete that via the modify user group thing in the admin cp.
