Since I'm sick with gastro, and am sitting at home, I thought I might as well upgrade because I have time.

A tip for those upgrading:

Read John's description of changes to each file. Some of the changes are not necessary. Also, some of the changes listed are already in the vB.com vb2 Bugs forum so you can do that manually. He also included my fix to auto-unsubscribe banned members in 2.2.8 (albeit a mildly different version)

This is a very minor upgrade from 2.2.7, and shouldn't take too long.
