Sorry if this has been done - I haven't searched on here

Anyway, my idea of a hack is this...

Whenever someone swears, they get a mark against their ID. The control panel allows you to specify how many black marks they can get before being suspended.
If they exceed the marks, then their account is restricted to a suspended user forum where they cannot post and can only see a msg (maybe they are restricted to a thread detailing why they were suspended?).
After a set amount of days (definable in the control panel) they are unsuspended.

If they exceed the marks again, they get banned.
Does this sound feasable?
