OK Got it to Install

BUT

Nothing appears in my Forum Home page.
I do see everything in the Control Panel.

Also my DEFAULT Template Set got killed??
I dont see any of my templates only this:

this is not good

I re did the steps in editing my files..
Still nothing appears in Forum Home.
