I am talking about the current users who have access to the hacks right now, will they be forced to pay the 30$ renewal to access the hacks as vb3 comes out.

There has been talk of the renewal being nessecary to have access to vb3 hacks.

Also the other question was if an owned liscense holder didn't pay the 30$ renewal fee, would he be still allowed to get a copy of the updates from a fellow vber who has access.
