Ok here is what I have so far,

<b><table style="filter:glow(color={option})">Glow Text</font></table></b>

This allows you to change the color of the glow, now you can do it like this

<b><table style="filter:glow(color={option})"><font color=white>Glow Text</font></table></b>

You just have to change the word "white" to what ever color you want, I am sure there is a way to replace that as well though I am notsure at this time.

Also you need to have option check yes.
