Manual would be the only way...but it shouldn't be too hard. Head on over to vbulletin.com and download 227, then head on over to prestosoft.com and download ExamDiff. The standard version is free.

Then just load up each file as indicated in the update announcement on vbulletin and your current file to see the differences....

BTW - for templates you will probably need Firefly's template exporter.....
