Alright, the dilema:

I have a section that I am going to add to the site by the name of the "Pan-American Rally" (which is a cross country rally from NYC to SF for exotic cars)- and the thing is, my site is full of teenagers that think its cool to flame anyone- and because of a co-admin of mine who believes in 100% free speach B.S. (he loves flames- which I can't stand)

What I want:

I want to add this section, but only let me "kenny" (thats my username)- to administer/moderate it- no one else, no other admins, no other moderators.

Can this be done? Has it been done? Help?
