second you have to first upload the tpinstall.php to the admin folder and run that in your browser

ie ::

http://www.yourhome ... /forum/admin/tpinstall.php

that should alter the database

then i'll continue once you confirm that thigns worked... regards...

btw make sure that you backup your thread table...

go to admin/backup.php you'll see a list of tables with yes no codes and just backup the thread table...
