Ok, here it is. This will play both SWF and DCR files. It does give priority to the SWF file, so if you have two files that are called the same, it will run the SWF.

It also makes sure the file exists, and if it doesn't gives out the error message.

Finally, it capitalizes the first letter of the name to make it look nicer.

To install, just overwrite flash.php, and overwrite both templates with the contents of the txt files with the corresponding names.
