Dont put this variable in the header but in your template forumhome !

For Ninth Dimension Each news is defined a a mediumtext in the DB, you can increase it by longtext but i think it is enough so !
All news you add are displayed, there is no limit, to remove a news item, just remove it from the DB via the admin CP !
