I've fixed the show all page problems

and i've been able to do it without the extra 30 queries. I'd like to thank Karl of KDA Web Services for his help (it was he who fixed the problems, but lets not tell anyone, OK?)

Please goto the first post to download, if you are upgrading from RC3, all you need to do is replace both the vbstory.php and vbstory_admin.php files.

(this is so close to final I can FEEL it).
