I agree with Seifer, try to stick to one font, or a group of similar fonts for the actuall text on the site, also try and keep it all the same size apart from headings say.

IMO, each page is far to over crowded, add the details about the staff at the bottom, there is a hack for this and I'd suggest removing the marque at the top, they take up to much space.

I also think that the postbit is far to overcrowded and complicated to.
