I would like to ask someone to create a hack so that moderators could register new users too. I would like them to be able to create regular board users (maybe even users with privileges predefined by the admin), but no other moderators, or admins.

Basically our board is set up with closed registration, and right now only the admin can add new users. Adding the option so that moderators could register users would help out by a lot. Thank you vey much,
