ok, I can't find where to put the "exclude url list" in the admin CP,

I have looked and looked, but I just can't find it. It's probably right in front of my eyes, I just can't see it.. PLEASE help..

I am running 2.2.5 by the way

also for the life of me I can't find this code in the admin/index.php
