I am having the same problem.
I tryed to upload avatars from my pc using the "Add avatar" option in the control panel but it just shows a blank place-holder.
I also tried to it upload through the "Edit User" option and got noting.
Last, I went to the main site and tried to upload it from the client side.... This is what I got: "The uploaded file is not a valid GIF or JPG file. Please ensure that it is and try again". :bored:

I am using vBulletin Version 2.2.6 and my phpinfo file can be located here: http://www.bahamasissues.com/phpinfo.php

Can someone please help me with this?
