The version running here is partly by Chen and partly by me.

It i actually three separate scripts.
One TCL running on an eggdrop that connects to Chen's script here at vb.org.
Chen's script recieves the data and what he does here, I don't know - but I suspect it just populates a file or a table in the DB.
The last script is a python script that logs in to the bot and invokes the TCL.
I couldn't be bothered learning enough TCL to capture the error when I was unable to connect to Chen's script, so I wrote a 20 or so line Python script to make it work with as little fuzz as possible
